Authenticity guarantee

Every piece passes our six-point physical check in India before it ships. If any piece you buy from us is later shown not to be genuine by the brand or by an independent authenticator we both accept, we refund the full amount you paid, including shipping, with no time limit.

Returns

You may return any piece within 7 days of delivery, unworn, with all tags, packaging and the authentication report we sent with it. Tell us at ask us on WhatsApp before sending it back.

Condition is not a fault

Every piece is pre-owned and its condition grade and marks are described and photographed before you pay. Wear we disclosed is not grounds for return. Wear we failed to disclose is, and we pay return shipping in that case.

Refunds

Refunds are made to the original payment method within 7 working days of the piece reaching us and passing inspection.

Cancellation

An order can be cancelled at no cost any time before it ships.
